About Reliant Metal
Reliant Metal are based in Devon. We design, manufacture and install a wide range of products from small intricate parts to large steel structures. All aspects of metal work under taken and produced in-house whether it be steel, aluminium or stainless steel. We have a vast amount of machinery to provide the ‘complete package’ from punching and guillotine to press brake and various welding processes. We take on projects from concept to installation, be it from a sketch or architects drawings, commercial or residential.
Balustrades
We offer supply and install or supply only for balustrades. We have developed our own structural glass pucks to achieve the perfect installation.
Brise Soleil
We have the capacity to manufacture and supply Brise Soleil for local and national aluminium firms.
Glazed Balustrades
At Reliant we have developed our own structural glass holding bolts (pucks) which allow the installer to true the glass up even when the substructure is less than perfect.
Railings, Gates & Fencing
Our designs in this area are customer-led while keeping budget and achievability in focus. Projects can include ferrous and non-ferrous materials.
Sheet Metal Manufacturing
We work with businesses both in the UK and worldwide to produce sheet metal for their products. Fabrication is assisted by our AutoCAD and CNC facilities.
Staircases
Metal staircases offer a more practical, functional and element-resistant solution to the traditional wooden staircase.
Structural Steel
Our structural steel services are recognised by industry standard accreditations, CE approvals and certifications.
Onsite Installation
To complement our product range, we offer a comprehensive site installation service.
We offer site trained operatives who hold all relevant training certificates to operate machinery that is synonymous with the metal working trades.
Production Design
At Reliant Metal forming, the majority of our enquiries and project quoting is “e” based.
We have AutoCAD and are able to measure and price direct from drawings. Our CNC machines can work directly from master copy drawings eliminating redraw time.
Product Fabrication
We offer a complete service which includes shearing, punching, bending and welding
In product fabrication, working with all metals, each process has its own anomalies. We are well versed in the whys and wherefores of alloys, ferrous and non-ferrous materials.
